Chapter 47
1This is the seal >— n 1 : 4 It came to pass after this that Jesus said to his disciples, "Behold, you have received water baptism and fire baptism; come also that I may give you the baptism of the Holy Spirit. c He put up the incense of the baptism of the holy spirit, gave up wine branches, juniper berries, casdalanthos, remnants of saffron, cinnamon, myrrh, balm and honey, and set two jars of wine, one on the right hand of the smoker's work which he had laid, and the other on the left, and placed bread thereon according to the number of disciples. And Jesus sealed the disciples with this seal:
2This is his name: this is his Auslegixijig: he had settled, stood by the bancher work which he had laid on, his disciples Tor set up the bellywork and wrapped them all in linen robes, with the number of seven voices in their two hands, namely 9879. Jesus exclaimed thus, saying: "Hear me, my Father, O Father of all fatherhood, Thou infinite light, for I invoke Thy imperishable name of the treasure of light: a&aririviv, Thou infinite love; for I have called upon Thy uncorruptible name of the treasure, pour forth the sins of my disciples, clear out of their misethies, which they knowingly and ignorantly committed from childhood to this day, and let them be counted as the heir of the kingdom of light.
3If therefore, my Father, You have forgiven the sins of my disciples and purified their transgressions and made them count on the inheritance of the kingdom of light, give me a sign in the sacrifice.' And at that moment the miracle which Jesus had said happened, and he baptized all his disciples with the baptism of the Holy Spirit, and sealed their forehead with the seal of seven which they had reckoned to be the heir of the kingdom of Light. And the disciples rejoiced greatly that they had received the baptism of the holy spirit and the seal which gave away sins and cleansed their transgressionians, and let them count as the heir of the Kingdom of Light This is the seal: 'But Jesus carried out this mystery, having all his disciples wrapped up in linen garments and crowned with myrtles; and it was in their mouth flea grass from the ] and one-prossuss from the foot in both of them and their feet were close together turning toward each other by turning to the four corners of the world.
